Privacy notice
How your details are handled.
Last updated 2 October 2026.
What is collected
When you use the contact form you send your name, email address, the title of your book, where the book is in its life, an optional link and your message. Nothing else is collected and the site sets no cookies.
How it is used
Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. They are not added to a mailing list and are never sold or shared for marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are relayed by Resend, an email delivery service, to the studio's mailbox. The site is hosted on Vercel and fonts are served by Google Fonts, each of which may record standard server logs such as your IP address.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project correspondence is kept for the life of the project and for as long as needed to support the site afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the details you have sent. Use the contact form on the home page and the request will be handled within one month, as required under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
